The Poly-Box company has reinvented its packaging for paints, initially composed of a polypropylene container and cover in HDPE. The new packaging, in addition to the container and cover, also includes an inner covering in coupled HDPE-aluminium called Eco-Rivest, which functions as a protective barrier and separates the paint from the container. The covering can be removed manually for subsequent reuse (estimated 5 uses) and recycling of the the other components, which previously required handling as special waste.
